How do we meet life fully?
Ancestral Connections is an immersive workshop exploring how cultivating a conscious relationship with our biological ancestors can open us to greater support, belonging, connection, and vitality in our lives.
Using embodiment practices, ritual, and systemic constellations, we explore the wisdom, resilience, and gifts carried through our ancestral lineages. By turning towards our ancestors with curiosity and respect, we can begin to recognise both the patterns we have inherited and the resources available to support our lives today.
The workshop offers:
- An embodied exploration of your biological ancestral lineage.
- Practices that deepen connection to the wisdom, resilience, and gifts carried through your family line.
- Opportunities to recognise and release inherited patterns that may no longer serve your life.
- Movement and embodiment experiences that support nervous system regulation and greater trust in the body’s intelligence.
- A supportive group environment where connection, insight, joy, and belonging can emerge.
- Practical ways to draw upon ancestral resources when meeting the challenges and opportunities of everyday life.
This work invites us into a more conscious relationship with those who came before us, allowing us to receive the support, gifts, and life that have been passed forward through generations.
Whether you are new to ancestral work or already walking this path, this workshop offers a grounded and embodied approach to deepening your relationship with your roots and discovering what becomes possible when you feel the support of the lineage behind you.
