Embodied & Systemic
Therapy

“I am an HCPC registered arts psychotherapist working with people on a journey of self-discovery who are seeking a deeper, more embodied way of understanding themselves. You may feel stuck in repeating patterns, disconnected from your body, or longing for more meaning, aliveness, and authentic connection. Many of my clients are sensitive, creative, or relationally aware, and want a therapeutic space that honours both psychological insight and lived, felt experience.
With over 17 years of experience, I offer a grounded and supportive space for this work.”

Embodied & Systemic Therapy

My work is an integrative, embodied approach to therapy that brings together movement, creative expression, and systemic awareness.

Rather than working through talking alone, we include the body, imagination, and relational field as part of the therapeutic process. This allows us to access deeper layers of experience, where patterns, emotions, and insights can be felt, explored, and transformed.

Together, we create a space to gently explore what is held beneath the surface and to discover new ways of relating, responding, and being.

How we might work

Sessions are guided by what you bring, and may include:

  • Awareness of patterns in relationships and family systems
  • Exploration of internal dynamics through parts, roles, and imagery
  • Movement and embodied practices to support expression and integration
  • Creative approaches such as storytelling, metaphor, and symbolic exploration

This work is grounded, relational, and responsive. It can be both gentle and powerful, supporting greater connection to yourself, your body, and your life.

What this can support

  • Feeling stuck in recurring patterns or relationships
  • Disconnection from your body or emotions
  • Life transitions, identity, and meaning
  • Creativity, expression, and personal direction
  • A longing for deeper connection, aliveness, and presence
