Movement for Mamas
A gentle space for mothers to reconnect through movement and community
A space to slow down and return to yourself.
Movement for Mamas is a gentle Monday morning space over 6 weeks this summer for mothers and women to reconnect with themselves through movement, music and shared experience.
These nourishing sessions invite you to slow down, breathe, and return to your body in a supportive and welcoming circle. Guided by Movement Therapist Sian Palmer, the sessions weave grounded stretching music-led release and simple nervous system regulation practices to help you feel more resourced and present in your daily life.
The intention is simple — to offer mothers a place to pause, move, breathe and be supported within a circle of women.
